Uniflex Structure installed in London roof top garden

SJ Berwin, a pan-European law firm, recently re-located to brand new offices in central London designed by HOK. This four storey building was designed with an attractive roof garden/terrace, and will play host to SJ Berwin's clients and employees for year round events and parties. We were contracted by HOK to provide a suitable and attractive venue for the roof terrace to act as a bar/lounge & restaurant.

 

   


Building on top of a four storey building in central London came with its challenges, especially as the structure measured 15,3/340 x 12.5m. Special permissions had to be granted for access to some of London's busiest roads, the lift had to take place during the weekend as roads surrounding the building had to be closed.
