Founded in 1919 Losberger was originally a canvas and tarpaulin manufacturer and quickly developed into the event tents and temporary structures market. Over the years Losberger was the first to reach many temporary structure and safety standard milestones which can be seen in many of the modern designs we see today.

1919 Establishment in Heilbronn by Friedrich Losberger sen.
1928 Expansion of the production range to include wooden tent halls and canvas covers
1940 Development of the Losberger wooden large tent system
1953 Introduction of the worldwide first two joint ‘A’ Frame event tents with ground stakes
1974 Market launch of the first worldwide aluminium modular tent system
1988 Development and introduction large clear spans up to 50 metres
1991 Development of the new lightweight industrial hall for trade and commerce
1994 Establishment of Losberger Italia S.r.l.
1995 Establishment of Losberger U.S. LLC
1998 Establishment of Losberger UK, England
1999 Development and introduction of the Losberger Emporium 2-storey event tents
2000 Establishment of the Losberger Shanghai branch
2002 Establishment of Losberger Southeast Europe, Hungary
2002 Development and introduction of the Arcum arched roof for large tents
2003 Industrial hall range to include steel modular buildings
2003 Take-over of the assets of Walter S.A., France and establishment of Walter SAS
2005 Take-over of the Nachbarschulte EuroHallen GmbH
2005 Take-over of the Gradinger Group
2006 Development and introduction of the Losberger revoflex
2007 Expansion of head office premises by 20,000 square metres
2011 Majority holding in H.I.G. Europe to Losberger
2012 Take-over of GRAEFF Container und Hallenbau GmbH on 1 August 2012
2013 Majority holding of Losberger GmbH in MVD Eventos in Rio de Janeiro
