Requirement & Goals – Supply VIP hospitality event structures with private dining chalets for sponsors and corporates with restaurants for VIP hospitality guests. Provide elegant and or themed interiors whilst creating practical event space that allows the catering staff to offer excellent service without impacting on guests dining experience. Provide each dining area with optimal viewing of the race and the track.
How we achieved their goals – Each year we build several hospitality structures at Goodwood Festival of speed and themed hospitality structures at The Goodwood Revival. We have designed and created our own interior chalet system to provide an optimal VIP dining experience. Our contemporary modular interiors are hand paint finished with elegant stretch ceilings linings, modern VIP restroom facilities are accessed easily by all. Concealed service entrances with corridors allow excellent and efficient service from catering staff. All chalets and restaurants have access to a covered external decked viewing balcony. Goodwood increase VIP hospitality space every year due to high demand and sell out packages.

Event Hire – The Event Business, Range Rover Sport Launch
Requirement & goals – To supply an innovative event structure solution that was completely different to anything else currently on the market. Provide a multi-functional event space suitable for different applications; the aesthetics of both the internal and external space were a key priority for the client.
How we achieved their goals – We designed & manufactured a new temporary structure shape specifically for this event a 20m maxiflex structure on 4m legs was specially adapted to create a 20m wide by 11m deep recessed, double height glazed atrium – creating a light and spacious dining area at the heart of the event structure.
The remaining space was divided by a bespoke internal partitioning system creating individual training facilities, office space and product demonstration area – complete with black out interior for presentations. The exterior of the event tent featured black roof covers & matt black window panels, providing a sleek finish. A reinforced decking area with contemporary glass handrails created a central display area on which the new Range Rover models could be showcased.

Event Hire – British Fashion Council, London Fashion Week
Requirement & goals – To provide biannual event tents for the BFC’s official catwalk show space, offices, restaurant and presentation areas. Design & install contemporary interiors with a new ‘U’ shaped catwalk spanning across the full width of the event space to accommodate up to 900 guests. Provide space solution for a Canon Photography Centre.
How we achieved their goals – We designed and manufactured a bespoke white ceiling lining system for the show space, along with a number of custom made features, including slick vertical climate control columns that distributed cool/warm air throughout the show space. The open catwalk design was a first and provided guests with a chance to view the models from multiple angles. We designed a raised standalone Canon photographer’s centre for the world’s media with panoramic glass for the interview room overlooking the courtyard.

Event Hire – TAG Heuer, Boutique
Requirement & goals – To provide a boutique style retail space, brand experience & exhibition environment at a large motor sport event to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
How we achieved their goals – We provided a turnkey package for the boutique designing a unique retail and brand experience space inside a uniflex event structure, using our luxury event interiors to reflect the quality of the brand. We covered the exterior of the event structure with huge branded graphics including a contra vision 2 way graphic film on the glass optimising branding space. The event space was a great success both in attracting visitors to the stand and generating watch sales of over 800 pieces.
